Comox Valley Water Treatment Plant

A design build project located in rural Comox Valley on Vancouver Island. This 27,000 square foot facility includes a water treatment plant as their main program space, but has the capabilities to host tours that serve as an educational initiative for locals and students. Office and recreational space also included for worker's use. Project was seen through from initial concept design through to construction documentation and construction administration.
