Using a self fabricated "camera obscura", the interaction between space and light was explored. Paying special attention to ways in which light moves within enclosed spaces, photography was used to encase interesting aspects and factors that could then be translated into architectural forms.
Transfering these images into digital drawings, comparisons beween light interaction and planar surfaces were explored in depth. Through this new understanding, three dimensional forms were then experimented with through the use of Maya. For further mainpulation of planar surfaces, fabric forms in conjunction with gravity were played with, resulting in interesting subdivisional spaces.
